▼Specific duties

・Prep work (preparing ingredients before cooking, such as cutting and blanching)

・Handle fried dishes and boiled dishes (fundamental cooking that supports the restaurant's flavor)

・Support cooking and plating (presentation is part of deliciousness)

・Prepare main dishes (assigned progressively to those with solid fundamentals)

・Procure ingredients (gather necessary materials and prepare for service)

▼Career progression after joining

You'll start with basic prep work and fundamental techniques like frying and boiling. Once you master the basics, you'll move on to cooking support and plating, then progress to preparing main dishes. You can also take on challenges in planning new menu items.

▼Regarding compensation

Includes 30 hours of fixed overtime pay (46,084 yen or more), with additional hours paid separately. During the 2-month trial period, the hourly wage is 1,500 yen.

【Required】

・Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N2 or above (for those whose native language is not Japanese)

・Residence status must be one of the following: Permanent Resident / Long-term Resident / Spouse of Japanese National / Spouse of Permanent Resident / Specified Skilled Worker Type 1 (Food Service Industry)
