【Tokyo Station】Kitchen Staff Cooking Rare Catch Fish/2445-3-k

A fish bar that partners with fishing lodges throughout Japan and serves rare caught fish that are difficult to find in Tokyo. The restaurant has a large tank inside, where you can enjoy freshly prepared fish and alcohol in a lively atmosphere.

▼Specific duties

・Prepare ingredients (preliminary preparation of materials and detailed work to maintain freshness and quality)

・Cook fried dishes, grilled items, stews, stir-fries, and more (initially you will support simple cooking tasks)

・Plate and finish dishes (paying attention to presentation to enhance the final quality)

・Check inventory of ingredients and place orders (manage daily to ensure no shortage of materials)

▼Process after joining

You will start with simple preparation and cooking support, gradually acquiring cooking skills. Once you become comfortable with basic tasks, you can take on more specialized techniques through our company's unique training program. You can also propose menu improvements and new dishes.

▼Regarding salary

Includes 30 hours of fixed overtime pay (49,570 yen or more), with any additional hours paid separately. During the 2-month trial period, the hourly wage is 1,500 yen.

【Required】

・Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N2 or above (for those whose native language is not Japanese)

・Residence status must be one of the following: Permanent Resident / Long-term Resident / Spouse of Japanese National / Spouse of Permanent Resident / Specified Skilled Worker Type 1 (Food Service Industry)
