A stylish restaurant where you can overlook the Osaka cityscape from 100 meters above ground. We have an open counter and a calm, completely private room, serving authentic Japanese cuisine using seasonal ingredients for business entertainment and celebration occasions.

▼Specific duties

・Prepare ingredients (such as cutting vegetables, preparation work before cooking. Being fast and accurate makes cooking smooth)

・Perform basic cooking such as frying and boiling (this work forms the foundation that determines the taste of dishes)

・Assist with cooking and plating (finish with a beautiful appearance and deliver each plate to customers as a signature dish of our restaurant)

・Once experienced, prepare main dishes (a rewarding job where you take charge of the restaurant's signature taste)

・Procure ingredients (gather necessary materials and support the restaurant's daily operations)

▼Career progression after joining

You will start with basic tasks such as ingredient preparation, frying, and boiling. Next, you will move on to assisting with cooking and plating, and then to preparing main dishes. We also offer training, and there are paths to pursue new menu planning, opening new locations, and becoming a manager.

▼Regarding salary

Includes fixed overtime pay for 30 hours (46,084 yen or more), with any additional hours paid separately. During the 2-month trial period, the hourly wage is 1,500 yen.

【Required】

・Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N2 or above (for those whose native language is not Japanese)

・Residence status must be one of the following: Permanent Resident / Long-term Resident / Spouse of Japanese National / Spouse of Permanent Resident / Specified Skilled Worker Type 1 (Food Service Industry)
