▼Specific duties

・Seating customers (this job determines the first impression of the restaurant)

・Making drinks and serving cocktails and wine (alcohol that pairs with dishes makes meals more enjoyable)

・Delivering dishes to tables (we deliver fresh fish dishes while they're still delicious)

・Processing payments at the register (this job ensures customers leave feeling satisfied until the end)

・Helping prepare the kitchen before opening (so the restaurant can start smoothly)

・Setting tables and refilling condiments to keep the restaurant clean

▼Career progression after joining

You'll start by learning basic duties like seating and serving alongside senior staff members. Through training tailored to your skills and level, you can gradually develop your customer service abilities. There are also paths to opening new locations or becoming a manager.

▼Regarding salary

The salary includes 30 hours of fixed overtime pay (49,570 yen or more), with any additional hours paid separately. During the 2-month trial period, the hourly wage is 1,500 yen.

【Required】

・Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N2 or above (for those whose native language is not Japanese)

・Residence status must be one of the following: Permanent Resident / Long-term Resident / Spouse of Japanese National / Spouse of Permanent Resident / Specified Skilled Worker Type 1 (Food Service Industry)
