【Shinjuku Gyoen-mae】Kitchen Staff at a Shop with Two Faces: Café and Bar/2357-3-k

This is the kitchen of the café-bar "Kissa Kaba PRONTO". We operate as a refined café in the morning and afternoon, and as a casual bar in the evening. The atmosphere of the shop changes depending on the time of day, so you can work with a fresh perspective.

▼Specific duties

・Prepare ingredients (such as cutting vegetables, preparation work before cooking. Being fast and accurate makes cooking smooth)

・Perform basic cooking such as frying and boiling (this is the foundation work that determines the taste of the dishes)

・Assist with cooking and plating (finish with a beautiful appearance and deliver each plate to customers as a signature dish of our shop)

・Once experienced, prepare main dishes (a rewarding job where you take charge of the shop's signature flavors)

・Procure ingredients (gather necessary materials and support the shop's daily operations)

▼Progression after joining

You'll start with basics like ingredient preparation. After assisting with cooking and plating, you'll progress to main cooking tasks in stages. We provide training and you can also take on challenges like planning new menu items.

▼Regarding salary

Includes fixed overtime pay for 30 hours (46,084 yen or more), with any additional hours paid separately. During the 2-month trial period, the hourly wage is 1,500 yen.

【Required】

・Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N2 or above (for those whose native language is not Japanese)

・Residence status must be one of the following: Permanent Resident / Long-term Resident / Spouse of Japanese National / Spouse of Permanent Resident / Specified Skilled Worker Type 1 (Food Service Industry)
