This is a café bar "Kissa Kaba PRONTO". In the morning and afternoon, it's a clean café, and in the evening, it becomes a casual bar where you can enjoy drinks. Since the atmosphere and customers change depending on the time of day, you can work with a fresh mindset every day.

▼Specific duties

・Guide customers to their seats (welcoming them with a smile and making a great first impression of the shop)

・Deliver dishes to tables (bringing freshly prepared food while it's still delicious)

・Serve drinks (making meals more enjoyable with alcoholic beverages and drinks that pair well with the food)

・Set tables neatly (arranging everything down to the details so the next customers feel comfortable)

・Refill table condiments and salt (checking that customers have everything they need so they don't run short)

▼Process after joining

First, you'll start with basic tasks like seating and serving alongside senior staff. Since there is training tailored to your skills and level, as you get more comfortable, you can gradually take on more responsibilities. You can ask senior staff around you whenever you have questions.

▼Regarding salary

Includes 30 hours of fixed overtime pay (46,084 yen or more), with any additional hours paid separately. During the 2-month trial period, the hourly wage is 1,500 yen.

【Required】

・Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N2 or above (for those whose native language is not Japanese)

・Residence status must be one of the following: Permanent Resident / Long-term Resident / Spouse of Japanese National / Spouse of Permanent Resident / Specified Skilled Worker Type 1 (Food Service Industry)

It's okay even if you have little customer service experience. Senior staff will teach you carefully.
