【Urawa】Italian Kitchen Staff Using Hokkaido Milk/2295-3-k

A Northern Italian restaurant with a cute, café-like interior based on white tones. We serve rich Italian cuisine made with Hokkaido milk and butter cream made in-house.

▼Specific Job Duties

・Prepare ingredients (such as cutting vegetables, preparation before cooking. Being fast and accurate makes cooking smooth)

・Perform basic cooking such as frying and boiling (this is the foundation work that determines the taste of dishes)

・Assist with cooking and plating (finish with a beautiful appearance and deliver each plate to customers as a signature dish of our restaurant)

・Once experienced, prepare main dishes (rewarding work where you take charge of the restaurant's signature taste)

・Procure ingredients (gather necessary materials and support the restaurant's daily operations)

▼Progression After Joining

You'll start with basics like ingredient preparation. After assisting with cooking and plating, you'll progress to main dish preparation in stages. Training is provided, and you can also take on challenges in planning new menu items.

▼Regarding Salary

Includes 30 hours of fixed overtime pay (44,100 yen or more), with any additional hours paid separately. During the 2-month trial period, the hourly wage is 1,500 yen.

【Required】

・Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N2 or above (for those whose native language is not Japanese)

・Residence status must be one of the following: Permanent Resident / Long-term Resident / Spouse of Japanese National / Spouse of Permanent Resident / Specified Skilled Worker Type 1 (Food Service Industry)
