A creative chicken dining restaurant that specializes in duck skewers grilled over charcoal, rich duck broth steamed in a bamboo basket, and seasonal obanzai (Japanese home-style side dishes). The calm and simple interior includes private rooms that can be selected according to your needs.

▼Specific duties

・Perform prep work (cutting ingredients and preparing materials before cooking). Careful attention to detail in maintaining freshness is important

・Prepare various dishes such as fried foods, grilled items, simmered dishes, and stir-fries (you'll start by assisting with simple dishes)

・Plate dishes beautifully and finish them (since presentation is part of what makes food delicious, we pay attention to every detail)

・Check food inventory and place orders (we support the restaurant's cooking by ensuring we don't run out of ingredients or waste excess)

▼Career progression after joining

You'll start with simple prep work and cooking assistance, gradually building your cooking skills. Once you're comfortable with the restaurant's operations, you can take on more specialized techniques through company training. You'll also be able to suggest menu improvements and new dishes.

▼Regarding salary

Includes 30 hours of fixed overtime pay (49,570 yen or more), with additional payment for hours exceeding this. During the 2-month trial period, the hourly wage is 1,500 yen.

【Required】

・Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N2 or above (for those whose native language is not Japanese)

・Residence status must be one of the following: Permanent Resident / Long-term Resident / Spouse of Japanese National / Spouse of Permanent Resident / Specified Skilled Worker Type 1 (Food Service Industry)
