The theme is "a bright and fun wine bistro started by a butcher in southern France." It's casual French cuisine centered on meat dishes, where you can work in a spacious, open, and warm interior with high ceilings. It's a restaurant where you can enjoy lively times together with customers.

▼Specific duties

・Seating customers (an important task that creates the beginning of an enjoyable meal)

・Delivering finished dishes to tables (it's important to deliver them while hot and in good condition)

・Serving drinks such as wine (to help customers enjoy the meat dishes even more)

・Setting tables cleanly (so the next customers can sit comfortably)

・Refilling table condiments like sauce and salt (we check frequently so customers don't have any problems during their meal)

▼Process after joining

First, you'll learn from a senior staff member in charge of training about manners as a working professional and customer service philosophy. When you're in trouble, senior colleagues will look out for you. There's also training tailored to your skills and level, so as you get more comfortable, you can gradually take on more responsibilities.

▼About salary

Includes 30 hours of fixed overtime pay (46,084 yen or more), with any additional hours paid separately. During the 2-month trial period, the hourly wage is 1,500 yen.

【Required】

・Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N2 or above (for those whose native language is not Japanese)

・Residence status must be one of the following: Permanent Resident / Long-term Resident / Spouse of Japanese National / Spouse of Permanent Resident / Specified Skilled Worker Type 1 (Food Service Industry)
