A sophisticated restaurant for adults where you can enjoy teppanyaki, Japanese cuisine, and wine together. We serve dishes such as Japanese black beef and foie gras steak, and lobster teppanyaki. You will develop polite and attentive customer service befitting high-quality cuisine.

▼Specific duties

・Seating customers (an important task that sets the tone for a relaxed experience)

・Delivering finished dishes to tables (it's important to serve them while hot and in perfect condition)

・Serving drinks such as wine (to help customers enjoy their meal even more)

・Setting tables cleanly (so the next customers feel comfortable)

・Refilling table condiments such as sauce and salt (we check frequently so customers don't run short during their meal)

▼Process after joining

First, you will learn business etiquette and customer service philosophy from a senior staff member in charge of training. When you have questions, senior colleagues will look out for you. We also provide training tailored to your skill level and experience, so as you become more comfortable, you can gradually take on more responsibilities.

▼Regarding salary

The salary includes 30 hours of fixed overtime pay (46,084 yen or more), and any additional hours are paid separately. During the 2-month trial period, the hourly wage is 1,500 yen.

【Required】

・Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N2 or above (for those whose native language is not Japanese)

・Residence status must be one of the following: Permanent Resident / Long-term Resident / Spouse of Japanese National / Spouse of Permanent Resident / Specified Skilled Worker Type 1 (Food Service Industry)

It's okay even if you have little customer service experience. Senior staff will teach you carefully.
