A lively fish tavern themed around "fishing lodges." The tanks in the restaurant are filled with live swimming fish. Since we prepare dishes using fresh fish, this position is ideal for those who love fish cuisine.

▼Specific Duties

・Prep work (cutting ingredients and pre-boiling before cooking to enable quick service during business hours)

・Basic cooking such as frying and boiling (important work that determines the taste and texture of dishes)

・Cooking (creating dishes that bring out the deliciousness of fresh fish)

・Plating (arranging fish dishes to look appetizing)

・Ordering ingredients (considering quantities to ensure we don't run out of materials)

▼Career Progression After Joining

You'll start with ingredient prep work and basic cooking tasks like frying and boiling. Once you master these, you'll progress to assisting with cooking and plating, then gradually take on main cooking responsibilities. We provide training tailored to your skill level and experience, and you'll have opportunities to participate in planning new menu items.

▼Compensation

Salary includes 30 hours of fixed overtime pay (46,084 yen or more), with additional hours paid separately. During the 2-month trial period, the hourly wage is 1,500 yen.

【Required】

・Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N2 or above (for those whose native language is not Japanese)

・Residence status must be one of the following: Permanent Resident / Long-term Resident / Spouse of Japanese National / Spouse of Permanent Resident / Specified Skilled Worker Type 1 (Food Service Industry)
