An elegant bar restaurant on the 46th floor of Caretta Shiodome. We take pride in the night view used for television filming and cuisine that carefully selects ingredients. You can refine your culinary skills in a calm, sophisticated adult space.

▼Specific duties

・Perform prep work (cutting ingredients and pre-cooking before service to enable quick dish preparation during business hours)

・Perform basic cooking techniques such as frying and boiling (important work that determines the taste and texture of dishes)

・Cook dishes (finishing each plate to bring out the best qualities of the ingredients)

・Plate dishes (creating beautiful presentation that matches the night view)

・Handle procurement (ordering ingredients for cooking, calculating quantities to ensure we don't run short)

▼Career progression after joining

You'll start with ingredient prep work and basic cooking techniques like frying and boiling. As you develop skills, you'll progress to supporting cooking and plating, then gradually take on main cooking responsibilities. We provide training tailored to your skill level and experience, and you can also take on challenges like planning new menu items.

▼Regarding compensation

Salary includes 30 hours of fixed overtime pay (46,084 yen or more), with additional hours paid separately. During the 2-month trial period, the hourly wage is 1,500 yen.

【Required】

・Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N2 or above (for those whose native language is not Japanese)

・Residence status must be one of the following: Permanent Resident / Long-term Resident / Spouse of Japanese National / Spouse of Permanent Resident / Specified Skilled Worker Type 1 (Food Service Industry)
