An elegant izakaya featuring fish and Japanese sake, located in Marunouchi Center Building. We pride ourselves on fresh fish delivered directly from fishing ports and Japanese sake collected from across the country. Our signature tai meshi all-you-can-eat is also popular on social media.

▼Specific duties

・Prepare ingredients (cutting vegetables and fish, etc. - preparation before cooking. Careful preparation makes dishes delicious)

・Handle basic cooking such as frying and boiling (how well food is cooked changes the taste of dishes - this is important work)

・Support senior chefs' cooking and plate dishes (appearance is part of deliciousness, so we finish dishes beautifully)

・Prepare main dishes (this is the central work of delivering our restaurant's flavors to customers)

・Participate in food procurement (sourcing quality materials in the right quantities leads to delicious food and a waste-free operation)

▼Career progression after joining

You'll start with basics like ingredient preparation. Once you master that, you'll move to plating, then to main cooking. We provide training tailored to your skill level, and you can also help develop new menu items.

▼Regarding salary

Includes fixed overtime pay for 30 hours (46,084 yen or more); any additional hours are paid separately. During the 2-month trial period, the hourly wage is 1,500 yen.

【Required】

・Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N2 or above (for those whose native language is not Japanese)

・Residence status must be one of the following: Permanent Resident / Long-term Resident / Spouse of Japanese National / Spouse of Permanent Resident / Specified Skilled Worker Type 1 (Food Service Industry)
