[Shibuya] Hall Staff to Converse with Customers at Shrimp Dashi Monjayaki Restaurant / 2444-3-h

A new style monjayaki restaurant with SNS-worthy appeal located in Shibuya Stream. Our specialty is colorful monjayaki topped with plenty of ingredients made with shrimp broth. Since we cook in front of our customers, natural conversations naturally arise.

▼Specific Job Duties

・Guide customers to their seats (an important job that determines the first impression of our restaurant)

・Make drinks and serve cocktails and wine (as a Suntory Group restaurant, we share the joy of alcohol)

・Carry dishes to tables and handle payments at the register (we provide careful service until customers leave)

・Help prepare the kitchen before opening (to ensure smooth operations)

・Set tables and refill condiments to keep the restaurant clean (so customers can enjoy a pleasant atmosphere)

▼Your Journey After Joining

You'll start with a senior staff member, beginning with basic tasks like seating guests and carrying dishes. As you become more comfortable, we'll gradually expand your responsibilities. We also provide training tailored to your skills and our restaurant, so you can develop your customer service abilities.

▼Regarding Compensation

Salary includes 30 hours of fixed overtime pay (49,570 yen or more), with any additional hours paid separately. During the 2-month trial period, the hourly wage is 1,500 yen.

【Required】

・Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N2 or above (for those whose native language is not Japanese)

・Residence status must be one of the following: Permanent Resident / Long-term Resident / Spouse of Japanese National / Spouse of Permanent Resident / Specified Skilled Worker Type 1 (Food Service Industry)
