[Shinjuku] Hall Staff at Café-Style Shop with Homemade Fresh Cheese / 2394-3-h

A pizza and cheese restaurant on the 7th floor of Lumine Shinjuku. We take pride in our homemade fresh cheese made in our in-house workshop and freshly baked authentic pizza. You'll work in a spacious, stylish café-like atmosphere.

▼Specific duties

・Guide customers to their seats (an important job that sets the first impression of our restaurant)

・Serve freshly baked pizza, dishes, and drinks (we deliver them while they're delicious)

・Set tables beautifully (so customers can enjoy their meals comfortably)

・Refill table condiments like sauce and salt (we pay attention in advance so customers don't run short during their meal)

・Listen carefully to customer requests and respond (this is the most important work at our restaurant. We create a pleasant experience)

▼Your path after joining

You'll start with a senior staff member, beginning with basic tasks like seating guests and serving dishes. As you become more comfortable, we'll gradually expand your responsibilities. We also provide training tailored to your skills and our restaurant, so you can develop your customer service abilities.

▼About compensation

Salary includes 30 hours of fixed overtime pay (46,084 yen or more), with any additional hours paid separately. During the 2-month trial period, the hourly wage is 1,500 yen.

【Required】

・Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N2 or above (for those whose native language is not Japanese)

・Residence status must be one of the following: Permanent Resident / Long-term Resident / Spouse of Japanese National / Spouse of Permanent Resident / Specified Skilled Worker Type 1 (Food Service Industry)

It's okay even if you have little customer service experience. Senior staff will teach you carefully.
