▼Specific Job Duties

・Prepare ingredients (such as cutting vegetables and fish, preparation before cooking. Careful preparation here makes the dishes delicious)

・Handle basic cooking such as frying and boiling (how the heat is applied is an important job that changes the taste of the dish)

・Support senior chefs' cooking and plate the dishes (appearance is part of deliciousness, so we finish them beautifully)

・Prepare main dishes (this is the central work of delivering the restaurant's flavors to customers)

・Be involved in ingredient procurement (sourcing good materials in the right quantities leads to delicious food and a waste-free operation)

▼Career Progression After Joining

You'll start with basics like ingredient preparation. Once you master that, you'll move on to plating, and then to main cooking. There is training tailored to your skill level, and you can also help develop new menu items.

▼Regarding Salary

Includes 30 hours of fixed overtime pay (46,084 yen or more), with any additional hours paid separately. During the 2-month trial period, the hourly wage is 1,500 yen.

【Required】

・Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N2 or above (for those whose native language is not Japanese)

・Residence status must be one of the following: Permanent Resident / Long-term Resident / Spouse of Japanese National / Spouse of Permanent Resident / Specified Skilled Worker Type 1 (Food Service Industry)
