A Japanese dining restaurant located beyond the Southern Terrace, near Shinjuku Station, where you can forget the hustle and bustle of the city. It's a special atmosphere restaurant that attracts industry professionals, corporate VIPs, and many guests from overseas.

▼Specific duties

・Guide customers to their seats (an important job that determines the first impression of the restaurant)

・Carry dishes and drinks to tables (we deliver them carefully while the food is still at its best)

・Set tables cleanly (so customers can enjoy their meals comfortably)

・Refill table condiments such as sauce and salt (we pay attention in advance so customers don't have any problems during their meal)

・Listen carefully to customer requests and respond to them (this is the most important work for our restaurant. We create a comfortable experience)

▼Process after joining

First, you'll start with basic tasks like guiding customers and carrying dishes alongside senior staff. As you become more comfortable, we'll gradually increase the tasks you can handle. We also provide training tailored to your skills and the restaurant, so you can develop your customer service abilities.

▼Regarding salary

Includes 30 hours of fixed overtime pay (46,084 yen or more), and any additional hours are paid separately. During the 2-month trial period, the hourly wage is 1,500 yen.

【Required】

・Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N2 or above (for those whose native language is not Japanese)

・Residence status must be one of the following: Permanent Resident / Long-term Resident / Spouse of Japanese National / Spouse of Permanent Resident / Specified Skilled Worker Type 1 (Food Service Industry)

It's okay even if you have little customer service experience. Senior staff will teach you carefully.
