【Tokyo Station】Kitchen Staff at Open Kitchen Grill Bar/2002-3-k

This is a grill bar located at the north exit of Yaesu, Tokyo Station. We prepare dishes in an open kitchen visible to our customers. It's a place where you can learn about alcoholic beverages, and we also serve international guests.

▼Specific Job Duties

・Prepare ingredients (such as cutting vegetables and fish, preparation before cooking. Careful preparation makes the dishes delicious)

・Handle basic cooking such as frying and boiling (how well the food is cooked is crucial to the taste of the dish)

・Support senior chefs' cooking and plate the dishes (presentation is part of deliciousness, so we finish everything beautifully)

・Prepare main dishes (this is the core work of delivering the restaurant's signature taste to customers)

・Participate in food procurement (sourcing quality materials in the right quantities leads to delicious food and efficient operations)

▼Career Progression After Joining

You'll start with basics like ingredient preparation. Once you master that, you'll move on to plating, and then to preparing main dishes. We provide training tailored to your skill level, and you can also help develop new menu items.

▼Compensation

Includes 30 hours of fixed overtime pay (46,084 yen or more), with additional payment for hours exceeding that. During the 2-month trial period, the hourly wage is 1,500 yen.

【Required】

・Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N2 or above (for those whose native language is not Japanese)

・Residence status must be one of the following: Permanent Resident / Long-term Resident / Spouse of Japanese National / Spouse of Permanent Resident / Specified Skilled Worker Type 1 (Food Service Industry)
