Job Description
Job Title: Guest Room Cleaning Staff (Housekeeping)
[Your Responsibilities]
You will clean hotel guest rooms and prepare them so that the next guests can stay comfortably.
〈Specific Tasks〉
・Cleaning bathrooms, toilets, and other wet areas
・Vacuuming the rooms
・Bed making (changing sheets)
・Restocking towels and amenities (toothbrushes, etc.)
・Collecting garbage
※No special machinery is used.
※There is no customer-facing work (customer service). You will basically work alone, but senior staff will provide support.
Required Skills / Experience
No experience or qualifications required. We also welcome those with employment gaps.
▼Regarding the Japanese language level we seek
You will have almost no customer interaction. Since seniors will give work instructions verbally, you can start even if your Japanese is not yet fluent.

【Regarding Salary】
・Monday–Saturday: 1,200 yen per hour / Sunday and holidays: 1,250 yen per hour
・Those who wish to work within the dependent tax exemption range (annual income of 1.03 million yen or 1.30 million yen) can have their shift hours adjusted.
【Regarding Probationary Period】
The probationary period is 3 months. Salary and other conditions during the probationary period are the same as those for permanent employment (conditions do not change even after the probationary period ends). |
