You are employed by a staffing agency and work at a different company. Pay and support are handled by the staffing agency.
Job Description
You will be responsible for heat treatment work on metal parts
■Arranging parts on fixtures (mesh or dish-shaped metal, weighing approximately 2-3 kg) and setting them in the furnace
■Machine operator
■Sorting parts after processing
◆No experience necessary!
No special experience or skills are required.
We will teach you the job duties carefully after you join, so please rest assured.
◆We also welcome those with heat treatment work experience!
You can also work in a position managing the work site.
【Working Hours】
※Rotating shift work on a weekly basis
①8:00～17:00
②19:00～04:00
※Actual working time is 7 hours 30 minutes with 90 minutes break
※Overtime available (average 27 hours per month)

With mutual agreement, we aim for direct employment by the dispatch destination in the future!
