Experienced Candidates Preferred | Electrical Work Staff for Residential & Office Wiring and Lighting Replacement / Learn Alongside Senior Staff

Position: Electrician (Apprentices and Experienced Workers Welcome) *Applicants with no experience are also welcome

■Job Description

We perform general electrical work such as wiring installation in residential homes, offices, and shops, as well as replacement of lighting fixtures.

Until you become accustomed to the work, we may ask you to help with tidying up and transporting materials.

■Daily Schedule

Gather at the office → Travel to the job site by car → Work starts around 8:00 AM → Ends around 5:00 PM (Depending on the job site, the gathering time may be earlier or the end time may be later)

■Working Together

Currently, we have 2 Japanese staff members (including the company president) working on projects.

This is our first time hiring foreign staff. Senior staff will patiently teach you anything you don't understand.

■Training and Support

You will gradually learn the basics of electrical work while working alongside senior staff members.

▼Required Japanese Language Level

Work progresses through conversation with senior staff and colleagues on site, so Japanese language ability for daily conversation (approximately N4 level) is necessary.

Since documents and instructions are primarily given verbally, reading and writing kanji is not essential.

We welcome applicants with practical experience in electrical work. We also welcome those who have worked in factory or manufacturing jobs.
