Position: Ski Resort Information Staff

■Job Description

You will assist customers at the information counter located at the entrance of a large restaurant within the ski resort.

Main duties include guiding customers to bus stops (buses operate approximately every 15 minutes to move around the ski resort), assisting with lift ticket and ticket purchases, and handling currency exchanges.

■Daily Flow

The morning begins by guiding customers who have arrived at the ski resort to bus stops and ticket sales counters.

During the day, you will respond to directions and ticket-related inquiries, and in the evening, you will mainly guide customers to return bus schedules and boarding locations.

■Working Together

Multiple foreign staff members work here. There are also intern student staff.

■About Our Customers

Most customers who visit are tourists from overseas. From December to March, approximately 80% of customers are foreign visitors even on weekdays.

Many come from Australia, and we also have customers from China, Taiwan, and Hong Kong.

▼Required Japanese Language Level

Japanese is used for explaining maps to Japanese customers and for communication among staff. Daily conversation ability is sufficient (target: N3 level).

Since there are situations where you need to check maps and guidance displays, we are looking for someone who can read and write including kanji.

■Language Skills

Those with customer service experience in English, those who speak Chinese (welcome)
