■Duties

1. Preparation

4. Purchasing, ordering, and inventory management

・Inventory confirmation and ordering of necessary ingredients

■After joining

You will start with preparation and support for simple cooking tasks.

Once you become familiar with the basic operations of the store, you will take charge of main cooking. After that, you can also challenge yourself with more specialized teppanyaki cooking techniques.

【Required】

・Practical experience in cooking and kitchen work at restaurants (part-time or temporary work experience acceptable / no specific years of experience required)

・Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N2 or above
