Position: Hall staff and cooking assistant at ski resort restaurant

■Job Description

At the directly-operated restaurants in the ski resort (pizza specialty shop with approximately 120 seats, and large restaurant "Alice" with approximately 300 seats café),

you will be responsible for hall duties such as serving dishes and clearing plates. We will also ask you to assist with simple cooking.

Advanced cooking skills are not necessary.

Multiple foreign staff members are active here. There are also intern student staff.

■About Our Customers

Most of our customers are tourists from overseas.

From December to March, approximately 80% of customers are foreign visitors even on weekdays. Customers from Australia are particularly numerous, and English is the primary language of communication. We also handle Chinese language requests.

▼Required Japanese Language Level

Japanese is used for customer service with Japanese clients and communication among staff. Daily conversation ability is sufficient (target: N3 level).

Reading and writing difficult kanji is not necessary, but we seek candidates who can read and write hiragana and katakana.

■Language Skills

Those with customer service experience in English, those who speak Chinese (welcome)
