Propose with Your Design Skills / A Jewelry Parts Manufacturer with 50 Years of History

Position: Sales and Proposal Staff at Jewelry Parts Wholesale Store (Chinese Language Support)

[Job Responsibilities] At the wholesale store of a jewelry parts manufacturer founded 50 years ago, you will be responsible for customer service and proposals to jewelry industry clients.

〈Specific Duties〉

・Customer service and sales for visiting clients (you will prioritize serving customers who speak Chinese)

・Listen to customer requests such as "I want to create this kind of product" and work together to propose combinations of parts and designs

・Plan and propose products that can be made in-house (our company is a manufacturer)

・Phone reception, cash register operations, inventory management software input, product retrieval, and quality inspection

※Most of our customers are regular business clients. This is a job where you build trust relationships yourself, not as an interpreter.

〈Language Usage Guidelines〉

Japanese approximately 60% / Chinese approximately 30% / English and others

【Required】

・Ability to provide customer service in Chinese (many customers speak Chinese)

・Ability to conduct work conversations in Japanese (N2 level or above)

※JLPT certification is not required ・Experience in design (to shape customer requests and propose solutions)

　Design experience in jewelry is not necessary; experience with clothing, accessories, etc. is acceptable

【Welcome】

・Experience in customer service, sales, or other jobs involving communication with customers

▼Regarding required Japanese language level

Business-level Japanese (N2 equivalent) is necessary for business negotiations and phone calls with corporate clients.

You can apply even without JLPT certification.
