This is customer service and sales work for both domestic and international customers, including foreign guests.

It is work where you can utilize your language skills while delivering Japanese hospitality. Dispatch destinations are located in the Tokyo metropolitan area (Tokyo, Kanagawa, Saitama, and Chiba).

Reception and customer service at high-end restaurants and commercial facilities.

・Guest guidance and hospitality

・Directing guests to various facilities and floors

・Assistance for foreign customers

・Interpretation between foreign guests and Japanese staff

▼Customer Service and Sales Work

You will handle sales of various products such as confectionery, apparel, mobile phones, and miscellaneous goods, depending on the company's situation and your experience.

・Customer service and sales (for both Japanese and foreign customers)

・Cash register operations (including tax-free registers)

・Product display and store layout

・Product ordering and stocking

・Store cleaning

・Opening and closing preparations

【Required】

・Visa status: Technical, Humanities/International Services (those meeting requirements)

・Education: Graduates of universities in Japan or abroad, or graduates of vocational schools in Japan

・Able to communicate smoothly in Japanese

・For those residing overseas: JLPT N2 or above (certification required)
