This is a job working as a ski and snowboard instructor at "Shiga Kogen," a popular snow resort in Japan.

Since many of our customers are from abroad, it's okay even if you can't speak Japanese fluently. You can communicate with your supervisor in English.

Dormitory fees, meals, and utilities are all free.

▼Specific duties

・Lessons for customers (2.5 hours in the morning, 2.5 hours in the afternoon)

・Lessons are conducted when customers place orders

・On snowy days, there is 1 hour of snow removal work in the morning

▼No experience necessary

We offer training for beginners. First-timers are welcome.

When you obtain a certified instructor qualification, your hourly wage increases.

On days without lessons or outside of lesson hours, you can also work at the hotel.

The hourly wage for hotel work is a flat 1,300 yen. Please let us know if you're interested.

▼About dormitory and meals

・Dormitory is a 2-person room and free (Wi-Fi equipped)

・3 meals per day free

・Water and utilities also free

・You can use the hot spring in the hotel 24 hours (except during cleaning)

▼You can enjoy skiing

Skis, ski wear, equipment, and lift tickets are provided free of charge. You can ski freely outside of work hours.

【Required】

・Japanese language level: No requirement

・Residence status: Residence status with no work restrictions (permanent resident, long-term resident, spouse, etc.) / Working holiday

・Must be able to work through the entire contract period

Hourly wage is from 1,100 yen to 5,600 yen. The rate is determined in 6 levels based on qualification level and skill.

Inexperienced applicants are also welcome. Beginner training is available.

▼Things to know before applying

・Course fees for obtaining instructor qualifications and registration fees are required. (Approximately 10,000 yen)

・Salary will be paid after taxes are deducted.

・Transportation expenses will be paid in a lump sum after the contract ends. The maximum amount is determined by the number of working days. Receipts are required.

・If it is determined that continuing work due to injury is difficult, the contract may be terminated.

・You must vacate the dormitory within 3 days after the contract ends.
