Job Description
Position: Guest Room Cleaning (Housekeeping)
[Work Details]
You will be cleaning guest rooms at the "Nagoya Prince Hotel Sky Tower," which is directly connected to Sasashima Live Station, next to Nagoya Station.

・Bed making
・Restocking towels and amenities
・Vacuuming
・Cleaning bathrooms and water areas
・Collecting trash
・Organizing guest rooms

We do not use any special machinery. You will have minimal interaction with guests and can focus on the work in front of you.
A senior staff member will teach you on the job, so no cleaning experience is necessary. You can ask for help immediately if you have any questions. Since there are multiple staff members, you can discuss any sudden time off or early departures.
Required Skills / Experience

・Those who can work on weekends (recruitment for 3 or more days per week including weekends)
※Weekends are when the hotel is busiest, and we need extra staff on these days.
・Those who hold a valid residence status to work in Japan

There is almost no customer interaction. Senior staff will give work instructions verbally, so you can start even if your Japanese is not yet fluent.

Provided according to regulations (maximum: up to 50,000 yen per month).
【Monthly Income Guide】
・Working 3 days per week (12 days per month): 1,250 yen/hour × 4 hours actual work × 12 days = 60,000 yen per month
・Working 4 days per week (16 days per month): 1,250 yen/hour × 4 hours actual work × 16 days = 80,000 yen per month
※Sundays and holidays are 1,300 yen per hour. The calculations above are based on 1,250 yen per hour for Monday through Saturday.
【Regarding Salary】
・Monday–Saturday: 1,250 yen/hour / Sunday and holidays: 1,300 yen/hour
・If overtime is worked, overtime pay is provided in full separately.
・Those who wish to work within the dependent income range (annual income of 1,030,000 yen or 1,300,000 yen) can adjust shift hours.
【Regarding Trial Period】
The trial period is 3 months. Salary and other conditions during the trial period are the same as those for permanent employment (conditions do not change even after the trial period ends). |
