Position: Facility Maintenance & Construction Staff (Full-time Employee)

You will work as a team to "install, repair, and inspect" machinery and equipment at facilities used by many people, such as factories, airports, and parks.

【Specific Job Duties】

Installation of lighting towers and camera towers at airports and parks

Inspection and repair of dams and water gates

Disassembly and maintenance of hydraulic cylinders

Installation, dismantling, and parts replacement of overhead cranes

Electrical work (low-voltage equipment) ※License required / Can be obtained after joining

On-site work such as rigging and scaffolding assembly

※Basically work in teams of 3-5 people

※There may be high-altitude work and handling of heavy objects, but we address these through safety training, license acquisition, and team support

※Primarily based in the Chugoku region with business trips to projects nationwide (all travel expenses covered by the company)
