[Job Description]

・It is a traffic guidance security job that guides people and cars so that they can pass safely and smoothly around construction sites.

・The most common work is at construction sites.

・We will guide cars and pedestrians safely by calling out “Please stop” and “Please,” and using flags and hand signals.

・While working, we keep in touch via radio.

・The work area is all over Okayama prefecture. We go straight back to the scene, or we all head together.

・For the first 2 weeks or so, senior staff will accompany you and teach you one by one.

・Classroom training is also available. In between jobs, there is also support for teaching Japanese, so it's safe even for first-time users.

▼Salary

・Daily wage: 10,000 yen and up (including transportation expenses)

・Daily/weekly payments OK (there is an upper limit)

▼ Work location

・The work area is all over Okayama prefecture (direct return, ride OK)

・Free parking space available

・ (1) AM 08:00 to PM 05:00 (2) PM 08:00 to AM 05:00

・Shift system (closed on Sundays)

・You can work every other week on Saturdays

・1st: Online interview

・Second round: Direct interview

◆ You can start with no experience, no qualifications required

・You don't need any security experience or qualifications.

・It's a simple job to guide people and cars so they can pass through safely. There is also classroom training, so don't worry.

◆ My senior will accompany you for about 2 weeks and teach you Japanese

・For the first 2 weeks or so, senior staff will teach you about soba. I never go out to the scene alone and uneasy.

・In between jobs, there is also support for teaching Japanese. It's a workplace where you can learn languages while working.

◆ Daily salary 10,000 yen ~ daily/weekly payment OK

・The daily wage starts at 10,000 yen.

・Salaries can be paid daily or weekly (there is an upper limit). It's safe even when you have sudden expenses.

◆ It's safe because you work in a team of 3 to 4 people

・Teams of 3 to 4 people work at the site. You can rest assured that you are not alone.

・We work while keeping in touch via radio. You can listen to things you don't understand right away.
