Working hours per day: 7.5 hours

・7:00 to 15:30 (early)

Basic salary: 180,000 yen

Caregiver Allowance: 5,000 yen (for first-time employees or when completing practitioner training)

Treatment improvement allowance: 15,000 yen

Night shift allowance: 30,000 yen (6,000 yen/time, about 5 times a month)

Bonus available: 2 times a year for a total of 2 months (full payment from year 2)
