The interpretation center has a composition where 60% of employees are foreign nationals, and we work together as a team.

【Location】

Located in a very convenient area near Shinjuku Sanchome and Shinjuku.

It is a convenient location to commute from anywhere in Tokyo.

【Job Duties】

・When foreign residents in Japan have language difficulties at public services such as Hello Work, utility contract locations, municipal offices, hospitals, and other contract venues, you will provide interpretation and translation support.

→Basically, it is a job where you convey what the other person said correctly to the other party without inserting your own opinions.

→It is a job where you help people from your homeland who are in trouble with your language skills and are thanked for it.

・Responding to customer inquiries via email and phone

・Creating documents such as reports

※The company's official language is Japanese.

【Skills】

・Nepali + Japanese + English

・Japanese requires JLPT Level 2 or equivalent knowledge level.

・General operational ability with Excel and Word

【Basic Conditions】

Hourly rate: Starting at 1,450 yen

Commute allowance: Provided separately (company regulations apply)

Work days: 5 days per week shift system including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays (next month's shift determined in the previous month)

Shift: 8-hour shift within 09:00-21:00, but basic hours are 12:00-21:00

※Specific work hours are determined by the shift

Dress code: Business casual (white collared shirt and jacket are mandatory)
